About Trusted Service Providers (TSP)
Welcome to Trusted Service Providers (TSP) Ltd, Uganda. TSP is a solution for protecting the consumer from being cheated on by fake service providers. TSP uses online technology tools to strategically links a consumer to a trustworthy and verified quality service providers that expeditiously serve their customers to satisfaction.
The TSP website is comprised of various web pages operated by TSP management, and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use and membership with TSP constitutes your agreement to all Terms. Please read these terms and understand them.
TSP is an online business directory portal used to provide online marketing services on TSP media whilst listing service providers’ businesses with their contact information and description of services. These businesses generally serve but not limited to Uganda’s consumer market.
TSP Ltd, Uganda. Terms and Conditions of Service
Agreement between Service Provider (TSP client/Member/Registrant) and Trusted Service Provider Ltd.
As a condition of registering for a TSP Membership (Service) that is a part of the services that TSP makes available for the consumers through its TSP website or otherwise, the registrant/member/client agrees to the terms and conditions of this TSP Membership Service Agreement (as amended from time to time) TSP reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. These modifications become effective once updated on the Website.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous proposals, both oral and written, negotiations, representations, writings and all other communications between the parties.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond its reasonable control.
This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Uganda
Joining process
To join as a TSP member, a business is required to fill, sign, and agree to the terms and conditions laid forth in this document
Member contact needed
Any registrant or member is required to submit in contact information and not limited to business telephones, address, business emails and business website.
Content
It is the members responsibility to providers content to TSP for advertising purposes. TSP may or may not help members create content.
Member Information
Member shall comply to maintain and update all its entity Information, so that it is always true, accurate, not deceptive or misleading, and current. TSP is not responsible for provided Information being true, accurate, not deceptive or misleading, and current.
During the term of this Agreement, member grants to TSP a non-exclusive, perpetual permission to use registrant’s name, content and logo for the purpose of identifying registrant as a reputable service provider on TSP Website and in other promotional or marketing materials.
Member is allowed to use TSP logo and content coherent to both parties’ benefits in business on their properties to the public for as long as information is true and not with hidden negative or illegal intentions.
Upon termination, TSP is obligated to, delete from its Website and other properties, any or all Information containing Registrant’s Member Profile and brand.
Membership payment terms
Website Access
Member shall be allowed and expected take responsibility in responding to consumers’ complaints and inquiry about their respective services in a respectful manner.
Termination and Membership cancellation
TSP reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, and without extending any rights or refunds to the member, if TSP finds out in its sole discretion, that the service provider/member (1) is engaged in illegal activities or harmful services, or is engaged in activities that may damage the rights or reputation of TSP or others; or (2) has become the subject of a government complaint undergoing investigation.
Either party may terminate the Agreement on thirty (30) days’ notice if the other party has materially breached or is otherwise not in compliance with any provision of the Agreement, and such breach or noncompliance is not cured within such thirty (30) day period. TSP reserves the right to immediately suspend access to client’s or member’s profile until such breach or noncompliance is cured.
Either party, in its sole and absolute discretion, may give notice of termination of this Agreement as of the end of the then current terms of service stating the reason. Any notice of Termination by Registrant must be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current monthly period by sending a written notice of termination, or the Service will be renewed automatically.
Role of TSP member
Member agrees that (a) Him alone is responsible for all Information contained in his/her profile, including but not limited to assuring the accuracy, relevance, and non-deceptiveness of the Information, infringement or non-infringement of the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, and other rights of third persons, and for fulfilling all quality and standard services and offers, or other undertakings of member to any consumer. (b) Member agrees and acknowledges that TSP is not responsible for any loss, damage or corruption in their (member’s) business.
Registrant also acknowledges and agrees that TSP is not a party to or in no way responsible for any services provided by Registrant to its customers obtained directly or indirectly by means of the Website.
Member shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers controlled by TSP. He/she shall not engage in any activity that interferes or disrupts the Website or the servers that host the Website and perhaps all other TSP property. Member will not use data mining, robots, screen scraping or similar data gathering or extraction tools on TSP Website.
Role of Trusted Service Provider
TSP is mandated to fulfill its obligations of service rendered to its members. TSP shall link consumers to the members through its various media platforms or otherwise.
Agreement Authorization:
The person signing this contract is authorized by the company who’s details are listed above to bind it to terms and conditions hereof. The signer of the contract understands and agrees that the company is bound and liable pursuant to the full terms and conditions on this agreement made with Trusted Service Providers.
The person signing this contract also agrees for the company to be bound by the 5 Trusted Guarantees of Services outlined below.
- Provide the service and quality promised to the consumer.
- Complete the job on time.
- Charge the price quoted.
- Communicate honestly with respect to the consumer.
- Resolve any issues with customer satisfaction in mind.
