Trusted Service Providers will facilitate your engagement with any of our highly vetted professionals on our platform.
How it works:
Step 1: A MOU is signed between the customer and the service provider, with TSP being a witness and enforcer of the agreement. This MOU contains all the details of exactly what the customer expects from the service provider, including time frames and payment plans.
Step 2: Customer and the service provider shall agree that TSP will hold the full amount of funds for the project, and will be responsible for remitting funds to the service provider as stated by the MOU
Step 3: At specified stages of the project (or after the project is completed), TSP will send a qualified inspector to inspect whether the work done has been adhered to with respect to the MOU that was signed between customer and service provider.
Step 4: TSP will only remit payment to the service provider once the specifics of the MOU have been satisfied, otherwise, the funds are either held by TSP or returned back to the customer in the manner stated by the MOU.
