Trusted Service Providers will facilitate your engagement with the service provider you wish to use.

Step 1: An MOU is signed between the customer and the service provider, with TSP being a witness and enforcer of the agreement. This MOU contains all the details of exactly what the customer expects from the service provider

Step 2: Customer and the service provider agree for TSP to hold the full amount of funds for the project.

Step 3: After the project is completed, TSP will send a qualified inspector to inspect whether the work done has been adhered to with respect to the MOU that was signed between customer and service provider.

Step 4: TSP will only remit payment to the service provider once the specifics of the MOU have been satisfied, otherwise, the funds are returned back to the customer in the manner stated by the MOU.

The ultimate guarantee. Trusted Service Providers will facilitate your engagement with the service provider you wish to use and will monitor the service provider’s work to ensure quality work is done. How it works:

Step 1: An MOU is signed between the customer and the service provider, with TSP being a witness and enforcer of the agreement. This MOU contains the details of exactly what the customer expects from the service provider. Moreover, TSP will act as the “clerk of works” for the project and provides regular updates to the progress of the project. This ensures that the customers interests are fully protected

Step 2: Customer and the service provider agree for TSP to hold the full amount of funds for the project.

Step 3: TSP will only remit payment to the service provider once the specifics of the MOU have been satisfied, otherwise, the funds are returned back to the customer in the manner stated by the MOU.
